Tapioca Flour Crepes

Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Grain Free!

1 cup Tapioca Flour
1 cup Coconut Milk (or whole milk)
2 eggs

  • Use a ceramic non stick pan
  • Place a ladle full of mix into warm pan
  • Cook and flip for a moment, it doesn’t take long.
  • You can stuff them with a raspberry chia seed jam and cottage cheese or caramelized banana’s with cinnamon.
  • Refrigerate and re-heat
