Raw Raspberry Chia Seed Jam
This is a super healthy sugar free raw jam. You can make this easily in five minutes or less! You can use any berry you wish.
- 2 cups raspberries (if using frozen, defrost first)
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds (soaked in 3 Tablespoons of water, texture becomes pudding like)
- 2-4 tablespoons honey (preferably raw)
Pulse the honey, and berries in a food processor until the it is the texture you enjoy.
Then add in soaked chia seeds. You don’t want to blend the chia seeds, it changes the texture too much and it becomes grainy.
